About Us and FAQ
If you're looking for a shave down, show cut, hand scissor, carding, or a bit of color, you have come to the right place!
We offer breed standard and customized grooming. Whether you are looking for a bath and brush out or a full haircut we are the salon for you. We groom by appointment so that we can keep your dogs visit as short as possible or they can stay all day while you're at work with our daycare options (also must be scheduled ahead of time). We offer express grooming (ranging from 45 minutes -3 hours) for an additional fee for dogs who don't want to stay long or don't like being in a cage. Having your dog professionally groomed on a regular 4-8 week schedule helps to remove the dead hair that naturally sheds year round on your pet that can also cause matting. Removing the dead coat will also keep your dog cooler since all the extra coat will no longer be there to impede the airflow. Dogs' nails need to be trimmed every 4 weeks to keep them maintained.
Can I Watch my Pet be Groomed?
We offer tours of our facility by appointment when we are open. We don't allow owners to watch while their pet is being groomed. This is for the safety of the pet. Most pets want to get back to the owner and get excited and wiggly when they see them so we ask that the owner stay out of sight to ensure the pet stays calm and relaxed until we are finished. We will call you as soon as your pet is done with it's spa day.
Are the Groomers Qualified?
All of our groomers have gone through extensive grooming training and receive continuing education during their employment. Jenny who is our Salon Lead is an award winning Nationally Certified Groomer and is working towards her Masters in grooming. This is a very prestigious title given by the National Dog Groomers Association of America.

We have no heated kennel dryers or heated dryer boxes. Our kennel dryers blow room temperature air. We kennel pets to keep them safe from the hazards of other pets. We use the best equipment on the market for the safety of our pets. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended in a tub or on a table. Our face wash is tearless to ensure pets' eyes stay safe.
